Why Teleconcepts – What Makes Us So Unique?
Good question!
What sets
Teleconcepts apart from the rest? What makes us unique? In
short, why Teleconcepts and not another consulting firm? There
are five differentiators:
1. Exclusive Telephone Focus
First and
foremost, Teleconcepts focuses exclusively on the telephone.
We
are NOT a field sales training and consulting firm that, “oh by
the way, does telephone work too.” We don’t dabble in other
areas. We don’t dilute our efforts.
Using the
telephone as a sales and marketing tool is our only concern.
We
see the telephone as a unique and powerful sales medium. As
such, it requires exclusive attention. It is not a side bar in
our work. We know its challenges and we know how to make it

Second, we
focus on business to business applications.
We do not do any consumer based work. This allows us to
stay focused. Business to business tele-sales is far more
complex. Because it is more complex we know it’s not just a
numbers game. It’s not a simple matter of “smiling and dialing”
and it’s not about having a good script. You know that and I
know that.
And while the
telephone is a vital selling tool we know that it must integrate
