Implementation
What is “Implementation” consulting?
Implementation means helping you get things done. It is the active
process of ensuring that the recommendations provided in an Audit
and Review or in a Start Up are actually achieved. Some firms
provide you with the “solution.” Teleconcepts goes a step further.
We get into the ‘mud’ of the matter with you and make things happen.
Catalyst and
Conscience
Here’s a simple way to look at it.
On the one hand, Teleconcepts acts as a catalyst by getting the
program up and running. It initiates the activities necessary to

Implementation will vary depending on the needs of the specific
client. It varies. Here are some examples:
- For instance, an audit and
review might reveal a need for assistance in developing a sales
training program and nothing more. It might require only a day
or two or three and that’s it
- Some clients have required only
3-4 hours of assistance because they needed help with their call
guides. Call it: a minor tune up
- And others have invested
ten-fifteen days spread over a quarter to develop a coaching
program for their young management team
- A complete start up might take
anywhere from 5-20 days or more depending on the needs of the
client
- Several have used the
implementation services three or four times a year over a period
of years!
